Help with Kit Pay lives in exactly two places, and knowing which is which saves you time and protects you from imposters. Questions about how things work are answered here, in the help centre, openly. Anything about your specific account happens inside the app, from your signed-in session — because that is the only place a request can be securely tied to the account it concerns.

Use the app for anything about your account
A missing payment, a restricted wallet, a charge you do not recognise — these are questions about your account, and they are handled through Help inside the Kit Pay app. Your authenticated session securely establishes which account is asking, which is precisely what an email or a phone call cannot do. In-app support requests describes how that channel is designed to work as it arrives.
The two legal exceptions
Two processes have dedicated public pages because law, not support, defines them: account deletion and privacy rights. Both are for exercising legal rights — neither is a back door for general support, and neither will act on account-specific requests outside the app.
Frequently asked questions
I found a Kit Pay support number online. Should I call it?
No. Kit Pay does not run phone support, so any number claiming to be Kit Pay support belongs to someone hoping you will call. Report it from inside the app if it was sent to you.
What if I cannot sign in — how do I get account help then?
Getting back in comes first: account recovery explains what to expect. Recovery is designed around your verified phone number and the app, not around convincing a stranger who you are.
