How to make a request

Rights requests are account actions, so they are made from inside the Kit Pay app, where your signed-in session securely ties the request to your account. Each request is verified before anything is disclosed, changed, or deleted — a rights process that handed your data to anyone who emailed convincingly would itself be the privacy failure. No proving yourself to strangers, and no strangers able to be you.

The statutory contact, and what it is not

The privacy policy names a statutory contact address for correspondence about the policy itself — questions and complaints of the kind data-protection law provides for. That address is not customer support and cannot act on any account: it will not reset anything, unlock anything, or take an account-specific request. If a message steers you toward handling your account by email, it is not describing Kit Pay — what support will never ask applies.
