Have an active business wallet
Make sure an active Kit Pay business wallet is available on your signed-in account. A personal, inactive, or unavailable wallet cannot be used for merchant settlement.
Set up merchant payments in the right order: business wallet first, merchant account second, and signed payment QR codes last.
A merchant account must be linked to an active Kit Pay business wallet. The business wallet receives settlements; the merchant account identifies the business accepting the QR payment.

In Receive by QR, choose the business wallet that should receive settlements, then enter the merchant details. Kit Pay confirms the merchant account before QR creation becomes available.
Create a reusable QR code where the customer enters the amount, or enter an amount to create a QR code bound to that payment. Review the selected merchant and wallet before sharing it.
Return to Kit Pay, sign in if requested, open Receive money, choose My QR or Set amount, and select your business wallet. If no eligible business wallet appears, open Help in the app from your signed-in account before creating a merchant account — support requests are handled only inside the authenticated app.
