In-app support requests: what is coming
The support inbox being built inside Kit Pay: requests tied to your verified session, with labelled AI answers that hand over to people.
Kit Pay is building its support channel where support belongs: inside the app, behind your sign-in. A support inbox tied to your verified session, with clearly labelled AI-assisted answers that hand over to people — that is the design, and this page previews it honestly.
The design, plainly
- Requests open from inside the app, so your authenticated session securely ties each request to your account — no convincing anyone who you are, and no imposter convincingly being you.
- Common questions may be answered first by Kit's assistant, always clearly labelled as such. AI answers and human handoff explains the boundary that matters: the assistant can never move money or change your account.
- A request keeps its history in the app, and its resolution lands there too — no chasing an email thread where each side remembers a different conversation.
- Sensitive changes may still ask you to re-verify in the app. That extra step is for you: a support conversation must never become a way around your own approvals.
Why in-app rather than email or phone
Support fraud is the reason. The classic attack is not hacking — it is a phone call from "support" that talks you out of a code, or an email thread where someone slowly becomes you. Anchoring support to the authenticated app removes the stage those performances need: requests come from the signed-in account itself, and there is no outside channel for an imposter to occupy. It is stricter than a hotline. That is the point.
Frequently asked questions
What do I do today if something is wrong with my account?
Open Help inside the app — it shows the channels currently available to your account. What never changes: account questions are handled from your signed-in app, not by email, phone, or social media.
Will support requests cost anything?
Getting help with your own account is not a paid service, and nobody genuine charges a fee to "escalate" or "prioritise" you. Anyone asking for money to help is a scammer.
