Chat changes context, not money rules

Nothing about a payment relaxes because it started in a conversation. Sending money from a chat is the same sensitive action as sending it from anywhere else: the review screen, then approval tied to what you are doing, using your wallet PIN or supported device security, then the ledger record. Arriving in stages, honestly

Encryption keys belong to devices, so chat activates per device as the rollout completes — here is why, and it is a better reason than most rollout explanations. One boundary worth knowing from day one: a conversation is private, but it is not unsupervised money. If someone uses chat to pressure, deceive, or defraud, report the conversation — you decide what to share: a report can include specific messages you select and explicitly consent to show moderators, and the rest of the thread stays sealed.
