Every mobile money user knows the small sting of a cost discovered after the money left. Kit Pay's design takes a position against that experience: where a payment carries a charge, the final charge is shown before you confirm. This page is about that ordering — why it matters and how to use it.

The principle: no surprises after approval

The confirmation screen is a contract. It shows what you are doing and what it costs in full, while declining is still free — and only your approval, tied to that specific action, makes it real. That ordering means the honest answer to "what did that cost me?" is always "what the screen said when I approved it." Nothing is added after the fact; what you confirmed is what your history records.

Why this page quotes no prices

Deliberately, this help centre does not list charge amounts. A price written on a website goes stale the day anything changes, and a stale price is a small lie. The authoritative price for any payment is the one your own app shows you at the moment of confirming — current, specific to exactly what you are doing, and shown while you can still say no. If a number on the internet and the number on your confirmation screen ever disagree, the screen is the truth.

Using the confirmation moment well

• Read the whole screen, not just the big number — who, what, and the complete charge.
• Treat any surprise as a full stop. Declining costs nothing; approving from momentum is how "wait, what was that?" happens.
• Remember the approval is the last exit. Kit Pay payments are final once made, so the confirmation screen is where care belongs.
• Let the record settle arguments — the entry in your history reflects what you approved.
